DELIVERY/SELF COLLECT POLICY
Delivery Policy section. Once purchased have been made, we will update our customers about our delivery methods, packaging and costs. Delivery local usually takes around 1 or 2 working days to received. There will be additional delivery fee for delivery purpose.
Upon making purchase, it is important to fill up your particulars. Detail such as your name, contact number, address for delivery . All personal details will be save under our customers references folder. We take serious precaution in taking care our customers details. Payment should be made before proceeding with delivery.
Self collection option are available for those making cash payment or for those who wish not to opt for delivery. Self collection details available on our location info section.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return policy section. Item defect ,do not hesitate to call or contact our seller within 1 or 2 days upon receiving , we will exchange if stocks are still available or refund if item are out of stock. All defect items must be return back to seller.
Do take noted exchange and refund policy can only be made within 1 or 2 days upon receiving the items. Do have trust in us as we always do our quality checks before sending it to deliver.
